RIP DARE TWS

Really Sad news this week that Dare from Switzerland has passed after a battle with cancer. If you were paying attention you may have seen a previous post about his work. Such a dope talent lost. Condolences to his family and friends.

Bits n Pieces

New2

Old time 80s' writer has retruned with avengeance, and a lot of style. His old DMA crew had one of the most reputable when I started writing, along with the AKA and C2F crews. His blog here.

Merda

Merda has changed from his site to a blog. One of the most influential graffiti writers, especially in Australia, then was replicated via Europe later on. You can't touch his eye for detail, he continues to produce mid boggling work. Click here.

Seeing some of his blackbooks from the 80's and 90's is nuts.

Dare

Dare from Switzerland. Amazing work with has developed into one of the premier letter stylists. I love the fact that his letters absolutely rock, while being able to keep his colours simple and sharp, something that is lost in todays graffiti world.

Lotus Temple

Kind of an India Opera house! A place of worship for any faith or religion.

Hamayuns Tomb

This is Hamayuns Tomb. The guy that built the Taj Mahal. It's kind of a mini Taj built in Red Sandstine, an amazing building again. Seems like it may have been a trail run. . .

Got to climb up the left tower and look over Delhi, amazing. Though I was a bit didgy climbing up . . .
